Arctic Ocean
Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans are in both hemispheres. The Atlantic Ocean is located between the continents of Africa and America, the Pacific Ocean is located between the continents of Asia and America and the Indian Ocean is located South of the continent of Asia, and East of Africa. The Southern Ocean is only in the Southern Hemisphere and the Arctic Ocean is only in the Northern Hemisphere.
There are several continents that are in only 2 hemispheres. Asia, South America and Africa are the ones located on both the northern and southern hemispheres.

i don't believe there is any theoretical maximum. There can only be 2 hemispheres and Africa and South America are in both.
