The word rapture is not used in The Bible but in revelations it mentions for all Christians to be "took up" which is is close to its real meaning "to be took up"............................
and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.........(and only god knows when it will happen)

∙ 15y agoThe rapture is not mentioned in the Bible. People get this idea from the part in the Bible that mentions there being 2 men in the field - 1 was taken the other wasn't. It really doesn't go any further than that.
