I can only assume you mean NSAID, which stands for non-steriodal anti- inflammatory drug. The best examples are aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen. Tylenol is NOT an NSAID. These drugs are typically used to reduce swelling and control mild to moderate pain. They have the side effect of GI bleeding and liver/kidney disease if overused.
