Not known, but Hamam Soap is a mild soap made in India, to protect the skin from rashes, heat, and pimples.
Being a mild soap its pH will about '6'. since human skin has a pH of about 5.5.
Traditional soap, sodium stearate, has a pH of about 7, neutrality. Since the human skin has a pH of about 5.5 a soap with a slightly lower pH is beneficial, since it does not 'dry ' the skin, and maintains the natural pH.
