The formula for determining pH and pOH would be this:

pH + pOH = 14

Since pOH = 9.36, pH would be:

pH = 14 - pOH

pH = 14 - 9.36

pH = 4.64

On a side note, a pH of 4.64 would be relatively more acidic than pure water.

pOH = -log [OH-], so pH = -log 9.0x10^-7pOH = 6.05 = 6.1 (to 2 significant figures)
