11PM, it says on the back of the drivers license.
With an Intermediate Restricted license, typically the one held by 16 yr olds, the driving curfew is from 11pm until 6am (no driving between these hours unless certain conditions are met). With an Intermediate Unrestricted license, that you can not get prior to age 17, there is no driving curfew. As a disclaimer however realize that the state of TN does still enforce teen curfews as well as some TN cities enforce stricter teen curfews that affect all teens regardless of driving as well as a driver that is 17 on an unrestricted license.
According to what I've read if you're under 18 you will be given what's called a "provisional license." Meaning you have to complete at least 50hrs. of daytime driving & 10 hrs. of nighttime driving, and you cannot drive between 11PM-5AM. After you turn 18 the restrictions are lifted but you still have to have a licensed driver with you at all times until you get a real license. So yeah you can as long as it's before 11PM.
During the first year, an under 18 provisional driver's license in California carries several restrictions. Among these is that the driver must be accompanied by a licensed driver over 25 years old between the hours of 11pm and 5am.
By the way this is California state law. It states,"Once you receive your license you have to wait a year(or until you turn 18) to drive 11PM-5AM/drive minors with out a 25 aged licensed driver." The "or until you turn 18" is the same as waiting a year. So if you have your license, and you're 18, you can drive between 11PM-5AM and the best part, driving around other people under 20 aka friends/family/minors.
the curfew is 11pm. It's 12am if you're not driving.
Friday 11pm to Monday 11pm is exactly 3 days or 72 hours.
Yes. Ani-Monday...at 11pm est.
11pm to 7am is eight hours.
There are 72 + 168n hours where n is an integer.
It depends on the state. Some states issue new drivers a limited license until 18 or 21 which limits the number and ages of passengers allowed, as well as the times of day during which the driver may drive. Check the driver's handbook in the state where you license is issued for the complete rules. If you have an unrestricted license, you can drive with anyone who isn't afraid to ride with you. If it's a learner's permit and one of the friends is a licensed adult, that should be OK, too (he's "instructing" you). Some states have a restricted license that is only valid for driving to and from school or work, and depending on state laws, you may not be allowed to have any passengers. Any kid who just got their license should definitely spend a lot of time in the car alone before ever having friends to distract them. Most accidents including young, inexperienced drivers are caused by distractions in the car. i.e. friends giggling saying "oooooh, look at that over there!!!!", or messing with the stereo, or just trying to show off to their friends. In California, the first year of a Provisional (teenager's) license forbids driving with friends or after 11PM unless accompanied by a California-licensed driver over the age of 25.
