According to what I've read if you're under 18 you will be given what's called a "provisional license." Meaning you have to complete at least 50hrs. of daytime driving & 10 hrs. of nighttime driving, and you cannot drive between 11PM-5AM. After you turn 18 the restrictions are lifted but you still have to have a licensed driver with you at all times until you get a real license. So yeah you can as long as it's before 11PM.
