Almost all, if not all natural water is at least marginally polluted by natural and artificial sources. Pure water is almost always man made. A tougher question would ask what percent is drinkable or suitable for habitat.

Have you heard there's a place that makes the water clean. And you can drink from clean streams and lakes but not oceans. Everybody knows that the ocean has salt water so if you drink it you can't stop and that not healthy.
