What is the perfectly round island in The Wash?
In The Moon
1972: a feasibility study commissioned by the Government to build a barrage across half of The Wash to capture the freshwater from the four main rivers, to improve navigation through sea locks, to provide recreational facilities and an area of land for a power station, etc. was undertaken. This led to the circular trial bank/bund being built to the east of Sutton Bridge and the Nene. The purpose of which was to act as reservoirs but the report concluded it would be too costly. 1972: a feasibility study commissioned by the Government to build a barrage across half of The Wash to capture the freshwater from the four main rivers, to improve navigation through sea locks, to provide recreational facilities and an area of land for a power station, etc. was undertaken. \nI assume you mean Gunther's gecko? The temperature there is typically 20-30 plus degrees in 'winter' and 26-over 40 degrees in the 'summer'. It can be very dry there, typically of tropical island climates, with heavy rainfall more common in the months of December through to February (summer). I ho…pe this was helpful. ( Full Answer )
rabbits poo look like little stones/pebbles stick together to make a long stick i know this because i have two rabbits of my own Rabbits actually do not poop stuck together, and if they do it is not normal. If your rabbit does poop and they form a long, dark, and smelly bunch of 'chocolate chips'…, then this is called cecotropes. Usually, your rabbit will eat them (This is perfectly normal) and nothing majoir will happen, but if they dont eat them and poop them all around the cage, then you need to get your rabbit to a vet. If your two rabbits are pooping cecotropes, then inspect the cage and find out if they are eating them or not. If they arent, then follow my advice and seek professional help. :) ( Full Answer )

A good's demand is considered perfectly inelastic when that good's demand does not change, no matter the price set. No matter how big or small the price change is. I would pay any price for air.
According to certain earth science satellites dating to the late fifties the planet has a slightly pear-shaped orb. It might be observed that there have been myths and religious beliefs such as those of the Brahmans which hypothesized a sort of doughnut or egg-shaped cosmic soul-Looking somethiing l…ike the oval cloud advertising logos of some airlines like Twa, and this ws flattened slightly to give more of an oval, not relaly spherical shape. No, the moon is not perfectly round or spherical, as a basketball might be. It is distorted in shape by the powerful gravitational pull of planet Earth. Just as the moon's own gravity pulls at us, distorting large bodies of water (creating what we call tides), so the Earth's pull on the moon causes …solid-body tide effects on the moon. This means that the rock and soil of the moon is rearranged by the gravitational pull of Earth. The shape of the moon, being changed by the Earth, leads to an interesting observation that anyone can make: the moon always shows us the same side or face as it travels around our planet. In all its phases, whenever we look at the moon, we always see the same side. The moon does not revolve or spin on its axis fast (or slow) enough to give us a view of what we have sometimes called the "dark side" of the moon. The areas of the lunar surface that jut outward toward earth help to lock the moon in its rotation, so that we always see the same side. While the far side of the moon is not always truly in the dark, any more than the side facing us is always illuminated by the sun; it does remain a mystery to those who observe the moon from Earth. We must rely on spacecraft of some kind that travel to the far side when it is enjoying sunlight to send us images of that part of the moon's surface. I found a nice Internet explanation of the moon's shape here: http://www.astronomycafe.net/qadir/q277.html The search terms I used included: moon, spherical, shape, gravity Pazzoom ( Full Answer )
Our thinking is governed by the language we speak, the experiences we have had throughout our lives, our educations, our perceptions of the world and our beliefs about it. Since everyone has different examples of all of these, no two people will ever think alike. That considered, there is no such th…ing as thinking perfectly. What would we use to measure it by? As an example, the writer is agnostic. How would you compare his thinking with that of a believer? Perhaps one is right, the other wrong, but that decision depends on what you think. Get it? The Earth is not perfectly round for at least three reasons. The first reason is that the Earth is somewhat flexible so it bulges outwards at the equator because of its rotation. The second reason is that the land masses are not distributed evenly and their weight presses down on the Earth, "dimplin…g" it slightly. The third reason is because geologic processes keep thrusting up mountains and erosion keeps digging out valleys so the Earth cannot be perfectly smooth. ( Full Answer )
My dog has two perfectly round bald spots on her back I noticed a sticky scab and removed it and it ended up a round bald spot What do you think this is?
My dog had this, and the vet referred to them as hot spots. I simple shaved the area around the bald spot so that no hair was rubbing against the area. I then gave the dog some Benadryl . After a few weeks, it was all gone. This would occur ever spring. I learned of this method, after a $200 visi…t to the vet.. Cheers ( Full Answer )

it is slightly oblong. it looks round due to the sun shining on it and the distance that it is away from us.
This could either be the island of Ogygia , land of the Nymph Calypso, or Scheria , land of the Phaecians.

This is because the material the ballon is made of is shaped differently. The ballon will stretch and try to achieve a perfect round shape, but can not due to limitations in the way the ballon is made. One can however buy balloons that are almost perfectly round when inflated.
Well what they will do is, shead their tail off, and run as fast as they can and go underground in a hole- if they find one, if not sad things may happen!

You can do a round-off back handspring perfectly but you still have to master your standing back handspring?
Yes. Some people only have their round of back-handspring and can't do a standing back-handspring. It doesn't really matter the order you do things in gymnastics.
Found an egg in my garden perfectly round rubbery and soft the size of a nickel maybe a little larger. Did a bird lay this egg?
Rubbery and round is more likely to be some sort of reptile egg. Likely a turtle or a snake. More likely that some other predator brought it there unless you unearthed it and missed the other eggs in the clutch.

No, although the planets may seem spherical, they are actually flattened somewhat at the poles. The planetary spin on its axis pushes the equatorial part outward. Saturn, for example, has a radius of 54,300 km toward the poles but 60,200 km toward the equator. Earth is much closer to spherical with …only a 22 km difference between the polar radius vs. the equatorial radius. ( Full Answer )
The moon is not perfectly round. It just looks like that from the sun shining on it. The reason it is close to a ball shape is because of the gravitational pull of the earth.
Absolutely ! The playing surface of the CD is the silver layer - which is sandwiched between two layers of clear plastic. You could wipe it with a damp cloth - even scrub it with a nail brush - and it'll still play properly !

You herd the goats with the jeep, getting the three spotted ones into the grassy area at Snaggletooth Rock (center star), to lure the chupacabra. On your first visit to Puerto Rico, you can get the bolt cutters (upper left star) and some fur from the fence at the chicken farm (right side star). Un…fortunately the DNA tester shows that the fur is from a coyote. When you return to Puerto Rico, the first farmer has decided to trap the Chupacabra. Drive to meet again with his brother (right side star), who suggests that you use your jeep to corral the three spotted goats at Snaggletooth Rock (center star). Drive to the area and steer around the three goats (two are together) and herd them to the Rock. Once all three are in the grass circle, leave the vehicle and meet the goat herder, who has set up the large crate with chains and locks. Well, you can TRY to catch the Chupacabra with it. It gets away, but leaves behind the tooth, which proves it is real. ( Full Answer )

It should be obvious that the planet Earth is not perfectly round, since it has mountains, valleys, and other geographical features. It also bulges at the equator, as a result of the centrifugal force of its own rotation, and is therefore an oblate spheroid rather than a sphere. I also find it a bit… strange that you refer to "your solar system" as if you come from a different solar system. As far as I know, only human beings from the planet Earth are participating in this discussion. We all come from the same planet in the same solar system. It is therefore our solar system. No Mars is not because it has craters all the way round it. Edit: It also has high mountains. Even if it was smooth it's still not a perfect sphere although it's quite close to being a sphere.
Round Island, in the Indian Ocean. This species is also known from fossils on Mauritius.

Every system in this universe tries to reduce its energy. The shape of bubble is always round because the area is minimum in case of sphere for a given volume, which in turn reduces surface energy.
