Do you mean photosynthesis? It is a photochemical process where carbon dioxide and water are converted to carbohydrate and oxygen.

6CO2(g) + 6H2O(l) -> C6H12O2(s) + 6O2(g).

Photosynthesis occurs in leaves of plants and is the way they obtain food and it also puts oxygen back into the atmosphere.

The reaction is catalysed by chlorophyll and sunlight provides the energy for the reaction.

What is the reverse of a spontaneous reaction, and how does it differ from a nonspontaneous reaction?

The reverse of a spontaneous reaction is a nonspontaneous reaction. In a spontaneous reaction, the reaction occurs naturally without any external influence, while in a nonspontaneous reaction, external energy input is required for the reaction to occur.
