Joint
ligaments
A joint is the location at which two or more bones make contact. They are constructed to allow movement and provide mechanical support, and are classified structurally and functionally.11. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joint
There is no place you can buy real skeletons because the body has to decompose, and the bones can become shattered, due to natural occurences. Plus, there are animals that help in the decomposition of bones, which makes it hard to find an entire skeleton. There are usually only bones. Most bones are not in a good enough condition to sell.
It is called an articulation, or joint.
Joints are the place where two bones meet. All of your bones, except for one (the hyoid bone in your neck), form a joint with another bone. Joints hold your bones together and allow your rigid skeleton to move. Hope this helps?! :)
They are held in place by muscle and tendons. Some bones are held in place by other bones. The hip bone has a socket that holds it in place.
The place where two bones are connected together is a joint
The two main functions of joints are for support and movement. Joints allow you to move your body and to support it and hold the bones together.
The place where two bones connect is called a joint; the bones are held in place by ligaments.

When coral animals die their skeletons do indeed fall to the sea floor. This is the only place where they can go.
