Monetary value is determined by demand in the marketplace. The market for collector plates is slow; the value is 5-20 dollars. However, sentimental value cannot be measured in cash value.
I have 11 of the 12 Norman Rockwell's "Rediscovered Women" collection. All are in excellant condition, but have no boxes or certificate of authenticity. These have been passed down from my Grandmother , to my dad, then to me. What is the current value of the plates? The Rediscovered Women collection consists of 12 limited edition plates and generally sells in the $300 range. Plates should have their boxes and matching certificates.
