Possibly a cartoon adaptation- for a series cartoon- of Anastasia , who had the Good-guy ( Eventually) albino Bat, Bartok, later the separate cartoon film Bartok the Magnificent. Bats are seen as demonic and repulsive to most people and do not generally make for affectionate cartoon animals. there may have been one-shot bats- I seem to recall a ( Different types can be friends) message cartoon ( possibly Warner) which dealt with an odd friendship struck up between a Barn Owl and a Bat, all handled very light-heartedly,. this was a one-shot cartoon could date pre-war, as cartoons seldom are dated ( as you view them) this was on TV off and on around maybe the late seventies. Or maybe BATFINK?
if you figure it out, PLEASE TELL ME!! i cant seem to find it anywhere and i dont remember what it is called :(
Cartoons often make use of "slapstick" and other forms of visual humour to make people laugh, for example in the cartoon The Simpsons, the cartoon that Bart and Lisa watch, "Itchy and Scratchy," has elements of slapstick and visual humour, and follows a set formula of set up and punchline. this plays on the viewers anticipation of what is going to happen and rewards them with a funny result that in real life would seem rather macarbe. In a cartoon however, It is the removal from reality that allows the viewer to realise that the events presented are not actually happening, and therefore removes the negative association often attached to violent or destructive acts, and enables the viewer to enjoy the humorous side of what they are seeing.
To make the cartoon seem more happy, fun, exciting, or scary. Plus music sets off memories and that's why adults will recognise music from their childhood.

Anti-Chinese feelings tend to escalate during times of political tension, public health crises like pandemics, and economic competition. Negative portrayals in media, misinformation, and nationalistic rhetoric can also contribute to a heightened sense of animosity towards the Chinese population.
Best & Worst are too subjective to provide anadequateanswer. The only possible information that might answer the question would the ratings for the lowest viewed numbers but those number don't seem to be reported.
