The actual reapportionment in 2011 ended up with the standard deviation of all of the district sizes being about 69,600 people. The largest district is the whole state of Montana with 989,415 people in 2010, and the smallest district is the whole state of Wyoming with 563,626 people in 2010.
2011 population estimates bump up the average district size to about 717,000 people.
