Itachi has given naruto his sharingan and Half of his mangekyou plus his half susano.
I have searched many databooks as well read wiki and finally i came upto this decision. Its a truth and these powers can be seen in the manga soon by naruto when he fights sauske.
It is the reason why itachi lost in fight not because of medical problem but because
he has given half part of his powers to naruto as you can also seen that he cannot perform his amatratsu for long as sauske and his susano.
One interesting that is itachi can see future little bit that's why when naruto is returning from utakata arc he has been caught by itachi in the genjutsu and immediately given powers.....
