Matthews 6:9-10,

16 We saw that Psalm 83:18 said of Jehovah: "You aloneare the Most High." Similarly, Jehovah alone is referred to as "the Almighty." Revelation 15:3 says: "Great and wonderful are your works, Jehovah God, the Almighty. Righteous and true are your ways, King of eternity." The title "the Almighty" teaches us that Jehovah is the most powerful being there is. His power is unmatched; it is supreme. And the title "King of eternity" reminds us that Jehovah is unique in another sense. He alone has always existed. Psalm 90:2 says: "Even from time indefinite to time indefinite [or, forever] you are God." That thought inspires awe, does it not?

17 Jehovah is also unique in that he alone is the Creator. Revelation 4:11 reads: "You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created." Everything that you can think of-from the invisible spirit creatures in heaven to the stars that fill the night sky to the fruit that grows on the trees to the fish that swim in the oceans and rivers-all of it exists because Jehovah is the Creator!

Is there a biblical case for the claim that there is more power in praise than in prayer?

Biblical case claim more power in praise than in prayer? Praise is prayer, we cannot separate the two. Not a question of power but that the Spirit is joined to our spirits to bear witness that we are children of God. The Holy Spirit teaches us how to praise. When we pray in the form of praise we know that we cooperated with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit who teaches the Church and recalls to her all that Jesus said also instructs her in the life of prayer, inspiring new expressions of the same basic forms of prayer. Basic forms of prayer are blessing, petition (foregiveness), intercession (ask on behalf of another), thanksgiving and praise. Praise is a form of prayer. Prayer of praise is entirely disinterested and rises to God, lauds him, and gives him glory for his own sake, quite beyond what he has done, but simply because HE IS. What is a praise prayer?

As far as I know prayer praise is only done in the Christian community. Prayer simply means talking to God. Praising Him is encouraged and common also for all He has done for us. So a pray that is praising Him makes sense. Here are some scriptures for some examples:Exodus 15:2The LORD is my strength and song,And He has become my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father's God, and I will exalt Him.1 Chronicles 16:35And say, "Save us, O God of our salvation;Gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles, To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise."Psalm 56:9-11 (New King James Version)9 When I cry out to You,Then my enemies will turn back; This I know, because God is for me.10 In God (I will praise His word),In the LORD (I will praise His word),11 In God I have put my trust;I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

How is prayer related to Christian Service?

Prayer is communication with God, through prayer - we praise God, we confess our short comings our inadequacies or sin to God, we give thanks to God, we ask God to work on our behalf. Through prayer we show that we are dependant on God. I'm not sure what you mean by Christian service but if you want to serve God then you would want to serve God according to God's plan for you. Through prayer you can ask God to reveal to you where and how God wants you to serve HIm. Also, once in some form of service for God then you need to do that in God's strength not your own strength so continued prayer is necessary.
