It all depends on the condition of the coin. In normal circulated condition it would be worth $3.25, in MS-63 (Mint State 63) condition it would be worth around $42.00.
Given that dimes made 1964 and earlier were made of 90% silver their value will go up or down as the price of sliver changes but it's usually not more than a few cents either way.
All silver Roosevelt dimes are common, if it has any wear at all value is for the silver, about $1.25
A 1949 Nickel is NOT silver... it's worth about 5 cents. Sorry.
