evaporation
This is called a "bouyant" force. It is due to the difference in water pressure between the top of the object and the bottom of the object. Water pressure increases with depth.
The top level of ground water is called the Water Table.
It decreases. Air pressure is simply the pressure of all the other air on top of it. As you increase in elevation, there is less air on top of you. Therefore, the air pressure is less. As your altitude decreases, there is more air on top of you, therefore, the air pressure increases. Same with water. As you descend, water pressure increases. More on top of you.
In a jug, the water pressure increases with depth due to the weight of the water above exerting force. The pressure at the bottom of the jug is higher than at the top. This pressure difference is the reason why water squirts out with more force from a spout at the bottom than at the top.
The upward push of water on an object is called buoyant force. This force is a result of the pressure difference between the top and bottom of the object when submerged in water, causing it to float or be pushed upward.
More water on TOP of you.
Water on top of soil is called surface water or runoff.
The top saturated zone is called the water table.
The top level of ground water is called the Water Table.
Water boils when saturated vapor pressure of the gas molecules of water is equal to the atmospheric pressure. In order to maker water boil at these conditions, the pressure at the top of the liquid should be reduced using a vacuum pump
The top of a water bottle is called a cap
water leaves because of the pressure you put on the top of the eyedropper which you squeeze so the pressure pushes down the water or liquid in it.
