You first have to have wired internet connected to your home, and then in order to make your connection a Wi-Fi, you will need to purchase a wireless router (or rent one from the company). Routers can range in price but you can expect to pay around $120 usd for a brand new one. However, if the computers or other network devices are not wireless ready then you will need to purchase network interface cards (NICS).
If all else fails talk to someone from a best buy, or local computer specialists. (Basically, buy the router for about $100, then hook it up, then you're good.)
