Hey, 1 acre on a farms costs around £1,500, but you have to buy more than 1 acre to start a farm. So if you want to buy a 10 acre farm than it will cost around £15,000. But if you want more land you will have to think about how many acres you want. But, you still have to think about how how it will cost all together, because you still have to buy the land with a house, but if you want to build a house your self than it will cost a bit more. A house costs between £150,000-£35,000. Than you still have to buy the animals which could between £35,000-£150,000. You could be paying up to £210000.

The best thing to do is to buy a newspaper and look in the for sale adds. Also call a realator. Good luck and God Bless:) Depending on the size of the land and the location of the lot the price will vary.
It depends on where the land is located, how much the land is worth, etc. I am buying land in a rural area in Ohio. I checked with all the local realtors who were selling acreage and figured the price per acre. The land near the closest city is selling for much more than the rural acreage that I found. I got my acreage for around $1,000 per acre. That is the next to cheapest land that I found and I have been looking for several years. Land in the nearest city can sell from around $2000 up to $37000 for a lot that has no more than two acres. Land is typically cheaper if you "buy in bulk." Therefore, the more land that you buy, the cheaper the price per acre.

Land prices are a market driven commodity and the price per acre is almost aways based on location, location, location.

I dont know the answer to this but I was trying to buy Real estate in Uganda and this was the terminology I found. Apparently a certain number of "decimals" make up an acre. Looks like land is so expensive in the cities that purchasing an acre is no longer affordable. So you can buy less than an acre in units called "decimals" I dont know whether 10 decimals make up an acre, or whether 100 decimals make up an acre, but I am hoping to find out soon.
Depends on where you buy this acre
