What is the problem if my PC opens but no display but can hear the windows signing on then i have to reboot my PC just to have the display?

It's most likely some sort of driver glitch. Update all your drivers and see if thats the issue. If not the current driver could be glitch and you'll just have to deal with it. Also check for dust in the monitor plugs.
