What is the problem with black people in America?

This is an inherently racist question, that will surely illicit a racist answer. This is also inherently fallacious as it assumes that all constituents of a group are the same without any variations or exceptions. That being said, it is also inherently quite vague, and could use some "narrowing-down." (The problem pertaining to what, and which sector of the black community?)
