When climbers descend from the high camps they are usually very tired and dont have much energy. This is why litter is left on the mountain. Today, there are dedicated climbing teams who bring down the rubbish left by others, making Mount Everest a cleaner mountain.
The only way to prevent more litter on Mount Everest is for the clibers to bring it down with them. There are now dedicated teams who bring down as much litter as possible.
