alcohol can leave the body through sweat, urine, and breathing. the liver will oxidize the alcohol at the rate of one half ounce per hour. until then, it with circulate through the blood stream.
Alcohol is metabolized by several processes or pathways. The most common of these pathways involves two enzymes-alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH). These enzymes help break apart the alcohol molecule, making it possible to eliminate it from the body. First, ADH metabolizes alcohol to acetaldehyde, a highly toxic substance and known carcinogen. Then, in a second step, acetaldehyde is further metabolized down to another, less active byproduct called acetate, which then is broken down into water and carbon dioxide for easy elimination.
It depends on how strict your definition of "all drugs" is. The only way to have your system free from alcohol/medication/drugs (whichever term you prefer to use) is to wait for them to be metabolised. You can see how long it will take for a drug to be rendered inactive by checking it's half-life (time it takes for 1/2 of the dose to be eliminated) and work it out from there.
The major process is metabolism, although some alcohol is eliminated through respiration, urination and sweating.
Alcohol is removed from the blood by the liver.
Simply over some time, there are no quick fixes.
Although, drinking a lot of water helps and keeps you from dehydrating.
Short of getting your stomach pumped, nothing will speed up the removal of alcohol from your body.

The Exceretory System
Once absorbed by the bloodstream (straight from the stomach), the alcohol leaves the body in three ways: The kidney eliminates 5 percent of alcohol in the urine. The lungs exhale 5 percent of alcohol, which can be detected by breathalyzer devices. The liver chemically breaks down the remaining alcohol into acetic acid.
Nature's calling.

Urinary - Rids body of nitrogen containing wastes & Conserves body water or eliminates excesses. Includes the Kidneys, bladder, & ureter
We don't understand: do you want to get it out of your body, or stop people from drinking it? To the first question: wait. The body eliminates alcohol at about 1/3 ounce per hour (an hour and a half for one beer, roughly). There is no way to speed it up. To the second: forget it. It's too easy to make.
