mitosis (the division of a full cell, 46 chromosomes in humans) :

1. the DNA will create a full replica of its self.

2. the cell will grow into two small peices.

3. the peices will split into 2 separate cells.

4. the two cells will grow into full sized cells and then go over and over again

meiosis : the division of a sex cell, only 23 chromosomes in humans

How does cytokinesis ina male differ from that in a human female?

The process of cytokinesis is the same in both males and females. Cytokinesis refers to division of cytoplasm. Cytokinesis occurs at the end of mitosis and meiosis.

What is an example of cytokinesis?

Cytokinesis occurs whenever a cell splits into two cells. Mitosis and Meiosis are the two main events where cytokinesis happens.

meoesis II -telophase occurs simultaneously with cytokinesis with two cells

At what point in mitosis does cytokinesis occur?

Mitosis occurs during the last phase- Telophase.
