The process of gasification is when carbon containing feedstock is turned into synthetic gas. The process of gasification is accomplished through a set of chemical reactions.
As with incineration, pyrolysis, gasification and plasma treatment of waste are thermal processes in which waste is exposed to high temperatures. However, the essential difference between combustion and pyrolysis technologies (MATRIX, gasification, plasma treatment) is that no oxygen is used during the pyrolysis at all, and therefore no oxidation takes place: substances are not burnt but rather "melted".
Advances in recent years have shown that there are even more efficient and cleaner ways to use biomass. It can be converted into liquid fuels, for example, or "cooked" in a process called "gasification" to produce combustible gases, which reduces various kinds of emissions from biomass combustion, especially particulates.
The bituminous coals are considered to be 'all purpose' coals, and because of its excellent heating quality and the ease with which it can be handled, it is the most extensively used fuel in the world. In inditries it can be used for steam raising ,heating purposes, gasification, and coking
The scientific process
Hominization Process is the process of transformation of the hominoids towards hominids.

Char gasification is a thermochemical process that converts carbonaceous materials, such as char or biomass, into a gaseous fuel called synthesis gas (syngas). This process involves heating the carbonaceous material in a low-oxygen or oxygen-free environment to produce a mixture of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and other gases that can be used for fuel or chemical production.

Wood gasification is used to generate electricity and is considered a viable alternative to other forms of gasification, namely coal. Whilst it is considered more environmentally sound it is still a fossil fuel
