You don't need a product key to install the service pack; it will use the same product key you used when you installed Windows in the first place (you don't even need to know what this is; it happens automagically Behind the Scenes).
If you're installing the whole thing fresh from a CD, you should have gotten the product key on a sticker when you bought the OS. If you didn't, you were cheated (possibly you got a pre-installed OEM version; if so, contact your OEM for restore/reinstall disks).
If you're trying to get us to tell you a product key so you can illegally install a pirated version, sorry, we don't do that. It also probably won't work; by SP3, the "phone home" part of the installation was in place and won't allow a particular key to be used over and over indefinitely.
