The pronoun 'you' is a personal pronoun that takes the place of the noun for the person spoken to. The pronoun 'you' is a singular or the plural form and is used as a subject or an object. Examples:

Jim, you can bring some beverages. Jane and June, you can bring some munchies.

Jim, I can give you thirty dollars and Jane and June, I can give you twenty dollars.

All of you will have to kick in the rest of the cost.
