What is the proper etiquette to addressing a Reverend in a letter?

Dear Mr. Joe Smith, When addressing the letter to multiple individuals of the same gender it is appropriate to address them as a whole. eg. Dear Gentlemen, Hope this helps!

Dear Sirs, Dear Sirs, is outdated in today's business world, where nearly 50% of the workforce is female. A better option is to address the group as a whole, or write the same letter and have an individualized copy go to each recipient.
Use the prefix of Mrs. if it is a fomal letter. If not, and you are familiar with them, use their first name.
