It depends on where you're from.

It's common in most of Spain to pronounce "ll" identically with "y".

Other dialects pronounce it as an English speaker would a Z, or SH, or even as a sound that doesn't actually occur in English, but if you say "ree-YAY-no" most Spanish speakers will at least know what you mean even if they personally say it differently.
