Hold up your Westie's hair between your fingers. You should see two layers. The bottom layer is white, growing, live hair. The top layer is the dead hairs. Just pull out the dead hairs. Do this all over the body until he/she looks even. This may take an hour or two. Wearing surgical gloves makes the job a lot easier because you get a better grip on the hair. This does not hurt them, you are just pulling out the dead hairs. You should do this every week or two to keep them looking neat and non-shedding.
well, pretty much like u broom ur own hair, u get a brush and drag it along the fur, and be careful not to do it in different ways because if u do, its fur will grow in different directions and it wont look as cute. if their fur is tangled, dont try to do it, they might growl and nibble on your fingers no matter how fond they r of u because it hurts, if that happens, cut it off with a pair of special scissors, if u dont have them, take them to the dog salon and tell them that, i dont have to go cuz my mum is brilliant at cutting dog's fur!
The dog shown on the Caesar's dog food can is a White West Highland Terrier. If you are wondering where the West Highland Terrier originated from they were originated from Poltalloch, Scotland. I hope this helps answer your question! =)
The hazards of having a West Highland White Terrier are not any greater than having any other pet. The West Highland White Terrier is known for his cocky and stubborn personality.
Yes the dog from the Caesar Commercial is a West Highland White Terrier.
