"Constant pressure" means the pressure must not change.
The relation is decribed by the law of Clapeyron: pV= nRT where - p is the pressure - V is the volume n is the quantity of material - R is the gas constant - T is the temperature

This relies on 3 things. The Pressure, volume and temperature of a Gas is all related. If the pressure is kept the same and temperature increased. The Volume (of the container) must be increased. If the Volume (of the container) is kept constant and temperature is increased the Pressure will increase. A rough idea of what will happen can be worked out by, pV=cT Where p is the pressure, V is the volume of the container, c is a constant, T is the temperature.

At constant temperature p.V=constant, so pressure INcreases when decreasing the volume.
Increasing the temperature of a gas will increase it's pressure ONLY if the volume is held constant.
In Charles' Law, the mass is held constant which means that the pressure on the gas is constant.
As pressure increases, if temperature is constant, the gas will decrease in volume.
