The twist for this Quarter Quell is that both tributes from each district will be chosen from the districts existing pool of victors, and District 12 only has three victors: Haymitch, Peeta, and Katniss. Since each district must send one boy and one girl, and Katniss is Twelve's only living female victor, she has no choice but to go back into The Hunger Games for the 2nd year in a row. Now, she has to face the arena again with either her former mentor, or her district partner that she won the previous Hunger Games with, both being people she loves and cares for to the highest extreme.
