there are several ways, depending on the disk operating system, but the shortest way to access your disk management console is by clicking the start menu and type disk management from the search bar.

Or if you copy and past the dismgmt to the C:Windows and rename it to a one letter like d. Simply hit the windows button and r at the same time to open up the run box. Then put the letter d or whatever you assign it and hit enter.
