no.... The Saturn Sc2 (in all years of production) has a timing chain......much better in my opinion.

Yes; it's on the coolant reservoir. The entire coolant reservoir on the Saturns is pressurized.

the ONLY access to the radiator is the overflowreservoir on the passenger side it has a big black cap and its right above the windshield washer fluid tank
