DCRST, murthal is a haryana state govt. institution very recently declared as deemed university.
It has no ranking. Most of the faculty have no exposure. Faculty profile is not that impressive. most of them have been there for last couple of years and doing phds inhouse or other institutions / universtitiers of haryana.
In academic terms when you do not have phds from outside institutions, then basically there is no knowledge creation in that environment as it is inhouse breeding.
prefer NITs / private well known institutuions in Delhi / NCR.
In short not an A tier institute.
