Singapore is known for its holistic environment and is an Asian business hub with English as the accepted business language. Doing an MBA in Singapore, in my opinion, is therefore an excellent idea. As far as applications are concerned, the GMAT is widely accepted amongst most B schools but the entry requirements differ depending on the institute you apply to. The next hurdles in the selection process are the interviews and SOPs. That's the tough part! I used US News and business week for checking business school ranking. You can see that both websites have about the similar list for the ranking. Every established well-known business school requires you to take GMAT as GMAT score is one of the major criteria for selecting qualified students. If you are aiming at top 50 business schools, 600 is about the minimum score.
