probably the spaceship dude. he is sooo hard to shoot out of the sky - hes very fast. i keep missing him and he flies away but if you shoot him down and talk to him he will ask you to find gears for him. after u found them he gives u a REALLY rare item!!! i have three items from him - they are ultra rares.

No, the octopi are NOT the rarest neighbor. Again, this can vary from game to game. The overall LEAST common neighbors are the alligators and the MOST common is the rabbit, Genji. Hope that helps. :)

I don't think there is a rarest fish,I mean think about it sharks are rare
apiramas are rare (but I have one and by the way you find them in the river)
king salmons are rare so don't think that there's a rarest fish because there's not.
