Your question is actually a lot more complicated than simply "what mint mark". The value of a coin depends on a lot of factors: its date, its condition, its rarity, general marketplace interest, and yes, its mint mark. But the mint mark is not always the determining factor - some of the most valuable coins ever struck came from Philadelphia, which did not use a mint mark on most coins struck before 1980.
On the other hand, there are a few coins for which only a few specimens were struck at a particular branch mint, such as the famed 1894-S dime (24 minted, 9 still in existence) and some such as the 1850 proof $20 gold piece where only 1 coin was ever struck.
