There are many possible complications from the lumbar disc surgery some of which include: bleeding/hehemorrhaging,recurrence of a ruptured disk, your nerve roots could be damaged which can cause paralysis or even loss of feeling/sensation to the point that you may lose bowel or bladder control, and infection amongst other things.
