Photolysis refers to the decomposition or separation of molecules by the action of light. The reactant in this process is a water molecule, and the products are molecular oxygen and hydrogen ions.
Two products of photolysis are:
1. Oxygen- which is disposed of and 2. Hydrogen- which makes its way to the Calvin Cylcle to be used to make energy.
The reactants of light dependent reactions are H2O(water), ADP, and NADP+.
The 'Delivering' reactant is Light Energy, while the 'Receiving' reactants are the Cytochromes.
Carbon Dioxide and Water -------> Sugars + Oxygen
There are two reactants in the photosynthesis "equation":
the carbon dioxide : 6CO2
and
water : 6H2O
Cholophyll in the chloroplast, light, water, CO2 and a large number of chemicals such as ADP, Ribulose 1, 5 diphosphate, NADP etc.
There are two reactants. Those are H2O and CO2 gas.
Energy, Water, and Carbon dioxide
The food substance that is created during photosynthesis is a poduct of sugar.
reactants ---> products
reactants -----> products is correct
No. The reactants are written on the left of the arrow.
The reactants exist before a reaction begins, and also the products are the result of the reaction of the reactants.
no
oxygen and sugar
The sun.
For plants to create food for themselves.
Mainly in the mesophyll cells in the leaves.
plant cells-leafs and with the energy of sunshine.
glucose
Phototsynthesis produces oxygen and glucose from water and carbon dioxide.
chloroplasts in the plant's cells
The food substance that is created during photosynthesis is a poduct of sugar.
It is an organelle called a "chloroplast".
