As long as the pains are normal and not too severe you can take a pregnancy-safe painkiller, such as Tylenol, but NOT aspirin or Advil. Severe pains are a reason to call your doctor immediately.

You are maybe having urinary tract infection.

yes.im having typhoid for the fourth tym..and i feel severe pain on right side of my upper abdomon...which leads to my back...especially after eating..which is then followed by dizziness and dullness...n i feel like to lay down and do nothing.

Why are you asking this? We can scream, laugh, stand, jump, and other stuff. Just be prepared for the emotional things like we can get angry for no reason, we get weird cravings, and the abdominal pains; it hurts like hell.
I would give your Doctor a call to be on the safe side. I wouldn't be especially concerned unless your experience severe abdominal pains or vaginal bleeding. But do contact your Doctor.
