We cannot said that the two or more computers are connected on the network can communicate, if two or more computers wants to talk each other on the network, need a protocol, without protocol they can't able to communicate.

∙ 14y agoMake sure that your firewall is turned off. Also, in the Windows Firewall settings, uncheck everything under the Exceptions tab, and uncheck everything under the Advanced tab, as well.
