Could be you have extremely "hard" water and sensitive skin, or maybe even a litte exzema. You may be developing an allergy to the soap you use, or even to the washing agent you use to clean the tub. Those are the most likely sources. Do a personal allergy test - change your detergent to an unscented namebrand like Dove, that is usually the most hypoallergenic. If it doesn't clean in a couple days, don't clean the tub for a couple weeks and see if it clears. Oh, and it may not be your bath - could be your towel? Do you use a specialty type of towel? It most likely isn't your laundry detergent because your clothes would always itch you up, too.
take a hot shower or bath
How many gallons of water a 10 min bath takes depends entirely on how much water is put in the bathtub. If 80 gallons are wasted in a 20 min bath, im guessing you waste 40 g in a 10 min bath
It will not take long, if you have a valid reason.
