What is the reason why a thinker is important?

When all people had to work in the nomadic hunting ages of man, there was not much mentionable civilization. Agriculture liberated man from this tedium. Least labour began to produce food for most people. Houses were established and settlements began. Insecurity said farewell and man's hands and brains were at last free. Man began to enjoy leisure and began to think about things. Civilization made it's appearance. A society enters upon the process of civilization only when it is able to afford a minority who does not work, but just sit, eat and think. They in due course of time were to become philosophers and leaders when villages, towns and nations began to be established. Thinkers are the prerequisite for civilization. A thinker is important because civilization is important.
