For most vehicles the recommended tire pressure is found on a sticker which is located on the post of the driver's door, just below the latch. Other possible locations are inside the glove compartment door or the back of the fuel compartment cover. Almost all vehicles have this information included in their owners manual
There is a sticker on the door that should tell you the recommended tire pressure. Look on the drivers side rear door and follow the information listed when adjusting tire pressure.
I own a 2003 1500 z71 suburban. Recommended tire pressure is 30 psi on the door.
5w30 is recommended but you can also use 10w30.
