Actually there are no continents in the Northern Hemisphere that don't touch either the Arctic Circle or the Tropic of Cancer. You spelt Cancer wrong, you spelt And wrong. Europe and North America are the only two continents that are completely in the Northern Hemisphere. Europe touches the Arctic Circle, but North America touches both the Arctic Circle and the Tropic of Cancer. Your question wasn't asked very well.
