We would need to know the jurisdictions involved to respond to this question.
Road Rule Regulation to prevent the issue.
A red and blue road sign typically indicates that the driver is entering a restricted area or a specific regulation is in place.
Transporting silk by sea instead of sending it west on the Silk Road was faster and cheaper. No tolls to pay or bandits to worry about. There was some danger from pirates and storms, but nothing is perfect. After China was opened to foreign trade, ships were obviously a more economical means of transporting silk.
Yes, the FCX Clarity FCEV is officially out on the road. This is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell.

Endoplasmic reticulum is to mitochondria as road is to vehicle. Just as the endoplasmic reticulum serves as a network for transporting materials and facilitating processes within the cell, a road provides the infrastructure for vehicles to navigate and transport people or goods. Both pairs illustrate a relationship of support and function in their respective systems.
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Nigeria is primarily responsible for ensuring road safety and preventing road traffic accidents. Its key functions include the regulation and management of road traffic, enforcement of traffic laws, and promotion of road safety education and awareness. It's mainly centered around the process of extracting hydrogen, which in and of itself is not a terribly efficient process, and negates a lot of whatever there is to be gained by using hydrogen vehicles.Another disadvantage is that there are none on the road... you can introduce an electric car like the Tesla, Chevy Volt, etc, because people have electricity already... who has hydrogen on-hand?
The most common way of transporting these items was across the famous Silk Road, a trade route across Asia from the Middle East to the Far East.
Fuel cells are basically a storage device for energy. In the cars on the road today they are gasoline tanks. In hybrid cars, they are gasoline tanks and batterys. In GM's Hydrogen car, the fuel cell is the Hydrogen tank.
If someone has just fallen and scraped their knees or cut themselves, what do you do? Here are some ways to treat minor scrapes and cuts and get that person on the road to recovery.Inspect ItThe first thing that needs to be done is to look at the scrape or cut and see if there are any slivers or pebbles that may have stuck inside of it. If so, dip tweezers into rubbing alcohol and pull the slivers or pebbles out from the area. Re-apply the alcohol each time you pull an item out. The rubbing alcohol will help to avoid a bacterial infection from occurring later.Hydrogen Peroxide WashWhen there is nothing stuck in the cut or scrape, the next step is to thoroughly rinse the area with hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is an antimicrobial agent that will help prevent any infections from developing inside of the wound. Hydrogen peroxide can be placed onto a cotton ball or gauze and just dabbed a few times on the area to clean it out and get rid of any excess blood.Examine ItAfter inspecting and washing the area, look at the area again to see if blood is gushing out or slowly streaming out. If blood is gushing out, the wound is definitely not minor, and a trip to the ER or a physician is in order. If it’s a small stream, it is best to take gauze and add some light pressure to the area. The blood should soon stop - it is then best to rewash the area with hydrogen peroxide.NeosporinAdd some Neosporin to the area, since hydrogen peroxide is only an antimicrobial agent and not an antibacterial ointment. Neosporin will give the cut or scrape an antibacterial treatment and prevent it from scarring. Before placing an adhesive strip over the area, allow the cut or scrape to air out with the Neosporin on it.Adhesive StripAdd the adhesive strip very gently. Make sure that it is not on the area too tightly, as air will help heal the wound as well. Be sure to keep an on-hand supply of various sizes of adhesives, since you may have to adjust the size of the adhesive to that of the scrape or cut.
