Abiotic factors affects the way that the biotic factors live. For example the homes provides shelter from rain, wind and scorching sunlight. This allows the biotic factors aka people to live more comfortably. There are also fences, which allows people to have privacy and space between neighbors. There are also roads, which allow people to drive, sidewalks which allow people to walk from place to place and the vehicles which transports people from one area to another. For the insects such as ants there is soil in the yard which they use to homes for themselves until that is a mischievous little kid comes and kicks it down. Ant bully, that is all.
