These are two concepts found in Christianity. The Great (not Greatest) Commission comes from the Gospel of Matthew, chapter 28, verses 18-20, in which Jesus is quoted as telling his followers to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." The Great Command, also translated as the "Greatest Commandment," refers to a verse in Matthew, chapter 22, verses 35-40, when Jesus is asked what is the most important law in the Hebrew Bible (the Old Testament).
It should be noted that in the New Testament, the Jewish religion is often misrepresented as being excessively focused on law, while Christianity is represented as being about love. Thus, the answer attributed to Jesus fits that narrative; rather than name one of the many religious rituals or rules in the Old Testament, Jesus says the focus should be on love. Thus the Great Command is: "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind," and also, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself."
